When applying for medical treatment, school fees or an urgent need, please keep these documents ready:
- Applicant's Aadhaar card and proof of residence
- Income certificate or ration card
- Medical report or school letter, if applicable
- A reference from a local volunteer or gram panchayat
Every application is decided only after it has been verified in person.
