About us
Samarpan Pratishthan was founded by a group of citizens in Nashik who came together to contribute to the work of national self-reliance. The Pratishthan is run strictly on a not-for-profit basis, and every benefit of its work belongs to society at large — never to any individual.
How we began
Named Samarpan, because the work should match the name
Samarpan Pratishthan Nashik was registered at Nashik on 19 August 2026 under the Societies Registration Act, 1860 (Act XXI of 1860), vide registration number Nashik/0000534/2026. Its area of work is the State of Maharashtra.
Our emblem carries the line “May everyone receive what they truly seek” from Sant Dnyaneshwar's Pasaydan. Water poured from a conch into a kalash, held in open hands — giving and safekeeping, together.
We are new, and we do not hide it. We have no large claims about what we have done; we have a clear direction for what we intend to do. Whatever work happens will be recorded on this site, with dates and photographs.
Our guiding aim
Working on a not-for-profit basis for the all-round development of women in education, health and industry — and carrying out social work together under the motto “May everyone receive what they truly seek”.

Not for profit
Accounts kept strictly on a no-profit, no-loss basis. Every benefit of the work belongs to society, never to an individual.
The community is the beneficiary
The beneficiary is the community, not the individual. Projects follow from local need.
Within the law
All objectives fall within Section 20 of the Societies Registration Act, 1860, and every activity is carried out with the permissions required.
Service without distinction
Help decided on need alone — never on caste, faith, gender or political affiliation.
